​In order to ensure each child's effective transition from primary to secondary school, Queen of Apostles' staff work proactively and positively with secondary schools in the local area.

Queen of Apostles is a foundation school of the North-West Catholic Collective (NWCC) that provides a seamless and guaranteed pathway to Mt Maria College, Mitchelton. In addition to the guaranteed enrolment position for our students, families who have a student at Mt Maria College and Queen of Apostles will be offered a fee discount from Mt Maria College. The North-West Catholic Collective provides a guaranteed Catholic co-educational pathway for all our families and allows Queen of Apostles to connect with Mt Maria to ensure our students have a smooth transition and thrive in secondary school.

For parents who would prefer a single sex approach to secondary school, Queen of Apostles has close links with Mt Alvernia College and Padua College as they are geographically very close. Other schools that students attend for secondary include Marist College, Mt Saint Michael's and St Margaret's.​
